Hi! I’m Toni Collis, an Executive Leadership Coach, women in tech expert, and CEO of Collis-Holmes Innovations.
For my entire professional tech career I've had a passion for helping other women in tech thrive.
I landed my first C-Suite role in the tech industry within 7 years of completing my formal education (all without the traditional MBA). I’ve since become a full-time executive coach and I’m on a mission to get more women into roles where they can change tech for the betterment of their careers, other women and the entire human race. A leader creating impact is the clearest sign of a leader ready to make real change and growing a successful team. A leader that impacts lives, makes money for the business.
